Since Bena was founded, we operate as a vertically integrated managing and marketing organisation for our properties and companies. We are owner, operator and service provider all in one and can therefore deliver an unrivalled level of service.

Active marketing measures

We market all our projects by ourselves or together with specialised brokers. Our sales team has the power to decide and does not need a long approval process.

In-house maintenance

All our clients have one single point of contact and direct contact to the owner of the property. We operate our properties by ourselves and take care of key account management and facility management. In most cases we also do the planning and the turnkey handover of the rented space.
